In a world constantly buzzing with notifications, filters, and endless scrolling, I once found myself at odds with it all. I imagined a simpler life—a life off the grid, connected to nature and disconnected from the digital "matrix." Parhaps I would pursue my dream of moving into my beloved ashram in India or take refuge in some distant cave in the Himalayas.
I craved freedom from the social constructs that seemed to be paralyzing society wonderful inhabitants.
A mass psychosis if you will. And so much of the psychosis seemed regulated trough social media. All I wanted was to live in a space where my mind could be my own, unshaped by trending thoughts and constant feeds.
For years, I resisted the idea of content creation. While others eagerly shared snapshots of their days or crafted polished stories, I was content to stay on the sidelines, consuming selectively or, most of the time, stepping away from the screen entirely. It felt like creating content was a trap, one that could lead me further from the life I envisioned for myself—a life rooted in authenticity, presence, and simplicity.
But slowly, something began to shift. The more I explored my own journey of yoga, meditation, and conscious living, the more I realized that sharing my experiences could be valuable. It wasn't about contributing to the noise or becoming just another face on the screen; it was about making connections with people who, like me, sought something different.
I decided to change my perspective: I would no longer be a passive consumer. Instead, I would become a creator. Rather than being swept into the digital current, I could guide it, offering moments of insight, calm, and inspiration.
Sttarting small, testing the waters by sharing a few thoughts and personal experiences online. The response surprised me—people were genuinely interested, and many expressed a desire for similar clarity and peace in their lives.
Today, I’m sharing more of my world, my thoughts, and my journey. I’m learning to embrace the balance between remaining grounded and engaging with the online world in a way that feels true to me. Creating content no longer feels like a compromise; instead, it feels like a way to offer something meaningful in a way that's as natural as my yoga practice. This path has shown me that creating isn’t about succumbing to the digital matrix but, rather, about reshaping it into something that aligns with my vision.
So here I am, carving out my own little space online—not as a consumer but as a creator, sharing what I love and inviting others along the way.
I hope in thus you can find inspiration and if you find yourself mindlessly scrolling the feeds, remember that 1. You are the creator of your own life, everything you consume shapes your reality.
2. Consume or creator mindset, goes beyond the constructs of digital matrix. It's a rule for Life. Create life, don't consume it.
